To quantify the content of neutral cannabinoids in Cannabis plants, new heating decarboxylation conditions were adopted using reference mixtures of acidic and neutral cannabinoids, and the decarboxylation of acidic cannabinoids and conversion of their corresponding neutral cannabinoids were estimated.
