Finally, as mentioned above, CBD (10 μM; A2A receptor dependent action) [120], as well as CBG, CBGV, CBC, CBDV, and THCV (all in 0.1 μM) [126] were found to exert anti-inflammatory effects in human sebocytes, whereas CBD (0.1 μM; adenosine receptor dependent action) was also shown to be effective in alleviating poly-(I:C)- induced pro-inflammatory response in cultured human plucked HF-derived outer root sheath (ORS) keratinocytes [140].
